Environmental Adjudication

Environmental Adjudication is a collaborative web-space for those involved with and interested in environmental adjudication to share ideas and innovations, and discuss and debate the challenges of adjudicating for the environment.  It is the creation of Judge Laurie Newhook, Principal Environment Court Judge of New Zealand and Associate Professor Ceri Warnock, Otago University and is generously supported by the Royal Society of New Zealand.  Environmental Adjudication features a combination of publicly available blog-posts, news, events and publications, and also includes a separate secure log-in forum for environmental adjudicators
